Bienvenue! Mabuhay! and Ahlan Wa Sahlan to my photo blog, “A Girl and A Camera.” Je suis une fille inquiète, who cannot sit still—I love to travel and I take my camera with me, so I have a collection of pictures of different places (most of them unedited, but I’m working on that). We, my camera cameras and I, will post pictures on this blog for as long as we travel, showing you pictures of places you’ve never been, places you might have been, and places you possibly never will be, depends on who you are. 

       I have two cameras; Lexy and Gerrard. Lexy (Alexandria) is a trusty (annoyingly pink) Sony point-and-shoot camera, and Gerrard is a hard-core Canon D-SLR camera. They do most of the work, and I take credit for it :) 

       All the work posted on “A Girl and A Camera” are original, taken and edited (mostly unedited) by me, and hopefully, will get better as time passes, travels increase, and skills get honed. I hope these pictures will be useful for your travels: places you intend to go, or are just curious to see. A lot of them will be street photos, pictures of places, faces, and “details” that your eyes might miss on an ordinary day. I try to catch the vibe of the cities I photograph. Most of the time, I think that cameras see places and things better than we do, and I’ll show you what I mean by that. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see!
